Hellooooo! Remember back 64 years ago when I showed you my design board for No. 20? Then to tease you even more, I gave you a sneak peek of No. 20? Did that post make you think that I was going to show you the whole thing SOON? Well, I didn’t…sorry about that. I could tell you about all the reasons why it was soooo drawn out, but….YAWN. This guy just needed a lot of love and in a time of many distractions. Such is life.
BUT…here he is….emerald green & loving it…
{sorry for the table & chandy in the way….it was rainy for a week and I had to work on it in our house. I am liking it in MY dining room though…with all my fabrics- right?}
The fabric is vintage and I only had enough to do this ONE PIECE. So, I can’t do this combo again….sad.
I thought about doing the inside a cream color, but wanted to keep it simple and green so the fabric panels would stand out more.
I happened to have the perfect wallpaper for the drawer that matched the fabric…YES!…
As PERFECT as this piece looks in my dining room, we are not keeping him. SO SAD. I really really tried to get Nathan to see why we needed it. I do love him (No. 20) (and Nathan too).
All that to say, he is looking for a good home and you can go grab him now in our shop.
I kind of documented some of the process for this one and I want to do a little tutorial on it in the next few days. It will be my first “how-to” on furniture, so we will see…
Cheers!
